It'll be a evening of beach and fun, feel free to come any time, the more the merrier. We can surf, play volleyball (if we have enough people), list to good music, and eat, drink and be merry! Family, kids and friends are welcome!

We'll be getting there around 5pm to set up, so anyone who is in the area and would like to help is welcomed and very much appreciated. The fire will start around 6pm and end around 9pm. I am posting a list of things that we will need for this event. If everyone can sign up to bring something or help set up, I think we’ll be able to coordinate this event well.

We’ll need:

1. Wood for the fire
   
2. Beach chairs
3. Ice
4. Coolers for the ice/drinks
5. Drinks - It’ll be a BYOB and something to share… Alcohol isn't allowed on the beach so water, ice tea, lemonade, and soda, etc...
   
6. Food - burgers, hotdogs, sides - There are grills and picnic tables there, so if everyone wants to bring a dish and contribute, I’m sure we can have a really nice spread. I can't grill, so I'll definitely need a couple of people to volunteer to do that should we decide to grill
7. Marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate bars (of course)
8. Metal hangers with no paint had been the recommended stick to roast the marshmallows
9. I’m going to bring a volleyball, an LED Frisbee and my portable speaker
10. We may have some Live music, too! I thought it was a good idea to invite some friends from another group I am a part of: the Hau’oli Strummers. It’s a ukulele meet up and I’m sure they would love to play and have fun with us around the fire.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know. We have the Waikiki Session the day before, so I am going to hold off on trying to organize a surf session that day, too, but you are more than welcomed to bring your boards and grab a few!
