San Diego Surf Ladies
SDSL is happy to announce we are volunteering as club with the Mauli Ola Foundation. We'll be helping patients at one of their Surf Experience Days, where patients with Cystic Fibrosis learn to surf. Mauli Ola Foundation exists to introduce surfing as a natural treatment to people with genetic disorders. Since 2007 they have concentrated on the amazing connection between Surfing and Cystic Fibrosis. Members that are certified as surf instructors can help in the water. Other members will be helping with registration and other duties. Click here for the Mauli Ola website. Also check out the attached flyer North-San-Diego-2011.jpg
Afterwards we'll spend the day at the beach with a picnic and surfing. So bring your boards and food/drink to share.
All volunteers will receive a free SDSL shirt with our new Logo!
