SDSL hosts a variety of events for it's members, friends and family. We have regular monthly events that fall on certain days unless there is a conflicting holiday. Event locations are moved around the county since our members come from Imperial Beach to Santee to Oceanside, and some are even further north and east.
- Monthly Member Surf / Eat / Meet - 1st Saturday or Sunday of the month
- SDSL Sport - Surf Skills Session - 3rd Saturday or Sunday of the month
- Team Waikiki - Mellow surf sessions - Dates vary each month
- Team Carnage - Big wave surf sessions - Scheduled when big waves are expected
We also plan happy hours, movie nights, quarterly parties or beach days. We also have a goal of at least one surf trip per year. Of course members get together on their own for surf sessions, surf trips as well as other events such as snowboarding/ski trips. Come join us at any of our events and make some new surf friends.
